1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the services offered by Kinwell, a family process education and document support service operating at 33 Huai Kaew Road, Suthep, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand. By accessing this website or enquiring about any session, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before contacting us or booking any session. If you do not agree with any part of them, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our services.

2. Nature of Services

Kinwell provides general education and information services only. All sessions, materials, templates, and guides are designed to offer general knowledge, practical organisational tools, and communication skill frameworks. Nothing we offer constitutes professional advice of any kind, including — without limitation — legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice.

Our three current service offerings are:

• Calm Conversation Workshop — A general-education workshop covering respectful communication tools for households. Skills education only; no advice on any individual situation.
• Paperwork Sorting Session — An administrative session to help families organise and label shared documents. Organising and information support only; no advice on personal decisions.
• Steady Family Support Plan — An ongoing plan providing access to general conversation guides and document templates. All materials are informational in nature.

Kinwell does not represent, and participants should not assume, that any session outcome will resolve, prevent, or otherwise affect any personal, household, or external matter.

3. Booking and Payment

Sessions may be booked by contacting Kinwell directly via telephone or email. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from Kinwell staff.

Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are correct at the time of enquiry. Kinwell reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable advance notice. Any applicable payment conditions or deposit requirements will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.

The Steady Family Support Plan is billed annually. Subscription terms, renewal conditions, and cancellation procedures will be outlined in a separate plan agreement provided at the point of sign-up.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that household schedules can change. We ask that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Our current cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice — no charge; session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled session — a partial session fee may apply to cover preparation costs already incurred.
• No-shows without prior notice — the full session fee is non-refundable.

For Steady Family Support Plan subscribers, cancellation of the annual plan is available at any time. Unused portions of the subscription period are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Conduct During Sessions

Kinwell sessions are conducted in a calm, respectful environment. All participants are asked to engage with courtesy and consideration for others present. Kinwell reserves the right to end a session early and decline future bookings if conduct is disruptive or harmful to the session environment.

All session materials, guides, and templates provided by Kinwell are for personal household use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.

6. Document Handling

During Paperwork Sorting Sessions, household documents brought by participants are handled carefully and returned in full at the close of the session. Kinwell does not retain copies of any documents, and does not photograph, scan, or digitise personal documents unless explicitly requested and separately agreed in writing.

Participants are solely responsible for the documents they choose to bring to a session. Kinwell accepts no responsibility for documents that are lost, damaged, or left uncollected.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, layout, and structural design — is the property of Kinwell or its content contributors. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference only. Any other use requires prior written consent from Kinwell.

Session worksheets, guides, and templates provided during sessions are licensed for personal household use only and remain the intellectual property of Kinwell.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Kinwell and its staff shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from participation in any session, use of any material provided, or reliance on any general information shared. Our services are educational in nature, and outcomes are the responsibility of the participant.

Kinwell does not warrant that the website will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical disruption.

9. External Links

This website may include links to third-party websites for general reference purposes. Kinwell does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content of any external site. Visiting external links is at your own discretion.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using this website or contacting us, you agree to our data handling practices as described in that policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
